FAMILY CAMPS
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation is effective from the date of receiving written notification.
Because of the small number of participants we cannot automatically refund amounts paid. If cancellation is made more than a month before the start date of the camp we will do our best to re-fill your place. If we can, then your balance may be transferred to another camp in the same year.
If we are not able to re-fill your place then we are unable to refund or transfer any balance, but you are welcome to give your place to a friend to enjoy.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a camp or change a course leader in the event of illness or for any other reason. In the event that we cancel a camp we will refund or transfer any deposits or balances paid.

All prices are subject to variation without notice.
SECURITY
We don’t store account numbers.

All bookings are subject to these conditions. Any variation of these conditions will only apply if agreed in writing by Crépan21.
